New Zealand Fashion Festival - Collection Four

Not long ago, I went with some friends to New Zealand Fashion Festival - Collection Four. I wore a ketz-ke blouse over a glassons dress with some Kathryn Wilson heels. It was a great night out with friends. Here are some of my photos from the evening! x

Helen Cherry opened with a menswear inspired camel pant, military shirt and a gorgeous rabbit fur jacket. The initial colour palette was warm autumn hues, but injections of colour featured later as well as elegant & simplistic blacks.

Workshop followed with denim, leather and camouflage for an edgy, bold and clean look. The dress shown below was of a light denim so it moved easily and looked gorgeous teamed with bright yellow sunnies.

Ruby was its fresh and feminine self as usual with striking prints and contrasting cuts. I particularly loved their 'Capital Longsleeve' dress shown two pictures down.

Sable & Minx and Brady were two shows merged into one with warm bronzes and pops of bright colours which were very conservative glam.

Huffer was possibly my favourite collection of the evening with a military style which was softened by sweet printed fabrics. Cute skirts were dressed down with knitwear and beanies to create the signature Huffer, laid back easy dressing. The anorak style coat shown two pictures down is definitely number one on my wishlist for this winter!

Carlson had a variety of looks going on from bright blazers to an amazing silvery lace gown which I adored!

Pearl showed simplistic elegance with beautifully draped fabrics with a hint of embellishment.

Lonely Hearts was playful and cute with sporty racerbacks and berry hues.

Sylvester by Kate Sylvester definitely was one of the highlights of the evening with paisley prints and gorgeous jumpsuits with a wide array of textures. This was definitely a very versatile collection which could be easily incorporated into any wardrobe.
